Your Data, Your Control
Clients retain full ownership of all data uploaded to Traces and any results the platform generates from it. Muniworth uses client information solely for the purposes of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the services, and managing its business relationship with the client. Client data is never used for any purpose beyond the scope of the services provided.
Privacy and Compliance
Muniworth recognizes that local governments operate under strict privacy and access to information obligations. Traces is designed to support compliance with applicable privacy legislation, including considerations related to data residency, storage, and processing environments. Depending on service configuration, information may be stored and processed in Canada and/or the United States using secure cloud infrastructure. Client data is maintained in a logically segregated environment, completely isolated from other clients, and encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
Responsible Use of Technology
Muniworth maintains direct administrative control over the configuration, integration, and use of all technological services within the platform. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, customer data will not be used to train shared or publicly available models. Where client-specific training or tuning is involved, those processes remain isolated to the client environment and under Muniworth’s administrative control. Configurations in which client data is excluded from model training activities altogether are also available upon request.
